Hello, I am Summer New, proud coal miner's daughter, wife of Jamey, “Mom” to Chance and Colton. My life is a testimony to the undeserved favor and grace of God. I grew up at Verner and graduated from Gilbert High in 1997. I attended University of Charleston, graduating cum laude from their BSN program in 2001. I have worked in neurosurgical intensive care, pain management, Emergency nursing, supervision, administration, school nursing, and education. I married my husband, Jamey, in 2003 who is my better half in all ways. We are the proud parents of two wonderful sons, Chance Patrick and Colton Paul. I have lived in Chapmanville with my family and fur babies for more than 20 years. After 17 years in nursing, I returned to Wheeling Jesuit University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA completing the Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2017.

I am Board Certified in Family Practice. With over 25 years in healthcare I have provided primary care in our area since 2017 serving the patients of Logan, Mingo, Wyoming and Boone counties. The most valuable resource we have in our area is our people and I am so blessed to be a part of their healthcare journey.

In 2022 I opened my first aesthetic practice which I have now combined with primary care at our current location. As a certified injector with AAFE, Allergan, Kybella, Sculptra, and Galderma, I have years of experience in medical aesthetics. I truly believe each of us creates our own brand of beautiful. I absolutely love helping patients define their personal best!
